Would you be our new GQS Coordinator?
We are looking for a GQS Coordinator to join our Global Quotation Support team in Espoo. As a GQS Coordinator, you will work with special pricing cases, meaning spare parts sold in equipment projects or in the contractual business we have. Your main responsibility area will be Hydrometallurgy, but you will also have the opportunity to work with Flotation, Thickeners, and Automation products.
In this role, you will support the internal sales teams with Configure to Order opportunity materials and ensure that missing information such as MALP price and lead time is updated in SAP. You will also construct spare parts lists for our equipment, support item identification and facilitate unblocking of materials in SAP. The work requires close collaboration with engineering, project, and product teams, as well as the ability to manage several projects simultaneously, each at different stages.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 6 months, starting as soon as possible. You will be employed by Biisoni and working on assignment at Metso. The role is based at our Espoo office, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a technical background. To succeed in this role, you should have a systematic approach to your work and an eagerness to take on new challenges. Fluent spoken and written English is required, while Finnish language skills are considered an advantage.
As a person, you are quick to learn and proactive, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. You work in an organized way, stay calm under pressure, and remain solution-focused. Strong communication and interpersonal skills help you collaborate effectively with different stakeholders in an international environment.
