I started my career in recruitment in 2022 and joined Biisoni in May 2023. Today, I work as a Recruitment Consultant in our Helsinki team, helping client companies find the right talent for their needs. 🕵️‍♀️

My work covers a wide range of white-collar positions, from engineering roles to commercial and IT-related recruitments. What I enjoy most about my job is meeting candidates and learning about their unique career paths, experiences, and strengths. I find it especially rewarding to support candidates throughout their job search journey and provide guidance and encouragement at different stages of the process 😊
