I started my career in recruitment in the spring of 2022 and joined Biisoni's team in Helsingi a year later in May 2023. Currently, I work as a Recruitment Consultant, spending my days helping client companies find the right talents for their needs 🕵️‍♀️

The best part of my job is definitely the conversations with candidates – I get to walk alongside them, offering support and coaching throughout the different stages of the job search process 💙
