In Finland, Lekab is particularly focused on Business Automation services under the Derobia brand. We provide services and solutions to our clients that get the job done by utilizing Agentic AI with fast ROI.

What will you be doing?
We are now looking for a Solution Sales Consultant / Client Partner with a strong sales focus to join our client company Lekab. Your main mission will be to sell AI and automation solutions to new and existing customers and help them unlock the full potential of intelligent business process optimization.
This is a consultative sales role that covers the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and needs analysis to solution design, deal closure, and successful delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor for clients by understanding their pain points and proposing AI-driven automation solutions that deliver real business value.
While your day-to-day will revolve around driving sales and building client relationships, you’ll also collaborate with technical experts and contribute to delivering successful customer outcomes. You will work closely with Lekab’s international team and strategic technology partner Tungsten Automation — meaning you don't need to be an AI developer yourself, but should be able to translate technical potential into compelling business benefits.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Onboarding will take place at Lekab’s Vantaa office, after which you will have the possibility to work remotely on a hybrid basis. Most customer meetings are virtual, but occasional travel may be required.
What we expect from you?
We’re looking for someone with a sales-oriented mindset, consultative approach, and understanding of how AI and automation are reshaping businesses. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or earlier in your career, the key to success in this role is your ability to drive the sales of advanced automation and AI solutions through consultative B2B selling, understand and communicate the business value of AI and automation, build trust-based relationships with business decision-makers, and navigate and lead the entire sales process from lead to deal.
To thrive in this role, you should have prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech, automation, SaaS, consulting, or IT services. You’ll need a solid understanding of business processes and digital transformation, as well as an analytical mindset and the ability to translate business challenges into solution opportunities. Strong communication and presentation skills are also essential to succeed.
A degree in business, industrial engineering, or IT is a plus — but relevant work experience and motivation are even more important. You should be fluent in English and have at least conversational Finnish skills.
