What would you be doing?
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full machine delivery process from customer order to installation acceptance. You will oversee projects from order to cash, ensuring customer satisfaction, budget compliance, and successful project execution throughout the delivery process.
Your work includes ensuring the technical feasibility of projects by verifying the correctness of sales contracts, coordinating with the production schedule, and making sure delivery timelines are met. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, planning key project activities, and supporting the installation and training process of new machines and systems.
You will work closely with several internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves coordinating information flow across product units and supporting local project managers in closing punch lists and completing final handovers. Regular client visits are an essential part of the role, both before and during the installation phase, to support relationship building, proactive communication, and smooth project execution.
In addition, you will ensure that project-related data is updated accurately in internal systems, including shipment, acceptance, and revenue recognition dates. The role has a strong international dimension and requires close cooperation with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders across different locations.
What are we looking for?
You have solid experience in project management or a similar role in an industrial environment, and you are motivated to take responsibility for demanding delivery projects from start to finish.
We hope you have experience in project management, operations, logistics, manufacturing, or other process-driven environments. Experience in coordinating teams and working across multiple functions is considered important in this role. You understand how to coordinate complex deliveries, manage priorities, and keep multiple stakeholders aligned throughout the project. You also have experience in planning activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring that timelines and resources are managed effectively. You are also comfortable working with technical details, project documentation, and different internal processes.
You are a structured and responsible team player who enjoys working in an international environment. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively with different stakeholders, and are able to take ownership, set priorities, and move things forward in a solution-oriented way even in changing situations.
Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish are both required in this role.
