We are looking for Project Planners for Neste’s large-scale industrial projects, where your work directly influences how complex investments move from planning to execution.

Would you be our new Project Planner?
As a Project Planner, you are responsible for building, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules throughout the entire lifecycle, from early planning phases to execution. You develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6, track progress, and identify potential delays. You produce regular reports for stakeholders and help maintain a clear and up-to-date view of project status.
You work closely with engineering disciplines, project managers, and external partners, ensuring that timelines are realistic and aligned across all parties. Projects vary in size from smaller modifications to large-scale investments worth billions, and you may work on several projects simultaneously, allowing you to gain experience across projects of different sizes and complexity.
This is a full-time and permanent position, starting as soon as possible. Your primary workplace will be in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, and depending on project needs, you may also work from the Espoo headquarters or remotely a few days per week. The employment contract will be signed with Biisoni.
What are we looking for?
You may be at the beginning of your career or already have a few years of experience in project scheduling, particularly within industrial environments. A suitable educational background could be in engineering, such as chemical, industrial, or another relevant field. You have either gained experience in project scheduling or have a strong motivation to develop your skills in this area. Familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6, Safran, or MS Project is considered an advantage. You communicate fluently in English, and Finnish language skills are seen as a strong advantage.
As a person, you are proactive and collaborative, and you are not afraid to ask questions. You communicate clearly, build trust with different stakeholders, and work effectively in a dynamic environment. You take ownership of your work, actively seek information, and are able to manage multiple parallel tasks in a structured way.
