Would you be our new Quotation Support Engineer?

We are seeking a Quotation Support Engineer to join the dedicated team at Metso. In this role, you will support the quotation team by providing technical information and ensuring accurate, timely responses to customer inquiries. Your responsibilities will include evaluating the suitability of spare parts, clarifying technical details, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to determine correct product specifications, lead times, and pricing. You will also maintain and update the product database to ensure accuracy, create new items in the system as needed, and determine export tariff codes for items. By working closely with the team, you will deliver reliable support and precise solutions to meet customer needs.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Espoo, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with a passion for business-to-business sales and a desire to grow in an innovative and multicultural environment. Ideally, you have a relevant educational background in business or engineering and some prior experience in B2B sales or customer service, preferably within the industrial sector. You are proficient in IT tools, including MS Office, and knowledge of SAP is considered an asset. Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English are essential for this role.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are confident in taking ownership of your responsibilities.
