Take the lead in quality and environmental management at Auramo and make a real impact in an international manufacturing environment.
We usually respond within two weeks
Would you like to take a leading role in quality and environmental management within an international manufacturing group? We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Quality & Environmental Manager to lead and develop these activities at Auramo’s factory in Järvenpää.
BOLZONI is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of material handling solutions. The Group designs, manufactures and distributes forklift attachments, forks and lift tables to equipment manufacturers and customers worldwide. Its international operations combine technological expertise, specialised production sites and a strong understanding of customer needs.
Auramo Oy is part of BOLZONI and the multinational Hyster-Yale Group. At our Järvenpää factory, we manufacture forklift attachments for the pulp, paper and forest industries.

What will you be doing?
As Quality & Environmental Manager, you will lead quality and environmental management at Auramo's Järvenpää factory. Your responsibility is to ensure that products, processes and management systems meet customer, corporate and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across the organization.
You will take ownership of quality and environmental performance, reporting and management systems, translating objectives into practical ways of working together with production and other key functions. The role includes monitoring KPI and PPM performance, leading root cause analyses and corrective actions, and turning data into meaningful improvements and business decisions.
Working closely with colleagues across the factory and the wider Bolzoni Group, you will contribute to shared practices, support operational excellence and help foster a culture of structured problem-solving and continuous improvement.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at Auramo's factory in Järvenpää. We hope you can start in February 2027.
What are we looking for?
A strong background in quality management within the manufacturing industry is essential for success in this role. A degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering or another relevant technical field will provide a solid foundation for the position.
You understand quality management systems, customer requirements and industrial production processes. Experience in KPI and PPM monitoring, root cause analysis and corrective actions will help you succeed in translating data into practical improvements and informed business decisions.
Experience working closely with production organisations is essential, while experience in an international environment is considered an advantage. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills are expected, and familiarity with SAP is beneficial.
Good written and spoken English is required. Finnish language skills are considered an advantage.
In this position, you combine analytical thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. You are comfortable taking ownership, setting priorities and building effective cooperation across functions and stakeholders.
Why join us?
At Auramo, you will have a broad and influential role with the opportunity to shape quality and environmental management in a growing international business. Your work will directly impact product quality, customer satisfaction, compliance and operational performance.
The position combines close-to-production responsibility with international cooperation across Bolzoni Group and Hyster-Yale. Alongside meaningful work, we offer flexible working hours, comprehensive occupational healthcare, lunch and sports benefits, and your own office.
Most importantly, you'll have the freedom to apply your expertise, improve ways of working and contribute to the future development of the business.
