What will you be doing?

We are now looking for a Business Consultant, focused on AI & Automation, to join our client company Lekab and help their customers in harnessing the potential of AI for business development. In this role, you will be working under Lekab’s newly rebranded business unit, Derobia, which focuses on innovative AI and automation solutions for business process optimization.

As a Business Consultant, you will act as a bridge between customers' business needs and AI-driven automation solutions. You will be working with Lekab’s technology partner Tungsten Automation's products, so AI coding is not required.  Your role will involve building new client relationships from existing warm leads and establishing trust through your expertise. You will help clients identify their needs and tailor appropriate solutions to improve their business operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for applying AI and automation solutions in customer projects and analyzing data to optimize business processes. You will lead customer meetings, ensure smooth project progress, and collaborate closely with other experts at Lekab and their international teams.

You will be working with Lekab’s technology partner Tungstenautomation's products combined with Azure Machine Learning, so experience in AI development languages is not required.

This is a full-time and permanent position, and onboarding will take place at Lekab’s headquarters in Vantaa. The role offers flexible remote working options, with most client meetings conducted virtually. Occasional travel may be required as part of the role.

What we expect from you?

The ideal candidate has a strong consultative approach, a deep understanding of business processes, and a sales-oriented mindset. You should have at least a few years of prior experience in business or process development and/or AI and automation projects. A background in IT environments or business consulting is highly valued. Additionally, you must be well-versed in AI and automation and able to provide expert consulting on business processes in these areas.

You should have the ability to analyze data for AI-driven automation solutions and understand what kind of data is needed to develop business processes effectively. A strong technical skillset is essential to create demonstrations and explain technical concepts from a business perspective. A sharp analytical mindset and the ability to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies will be key to success in this role.

You may have a degree in business, industrial management, or IT, but expertise gained from work experience is equally valued. You should be an effective communicator capable of working with clients at various organizational levels. Fluency in English is required, and you should have at least a conversational level of Finnish; proficiency in both is an advantage.
