Would you be our new Process Engineer?
We are seeking a talented and experienced Process Engineer to lead process engineering efforts on global plant delivery projects. In this role, you will design and develop engineering deliverables, including Process P&I and Flow Diagrams, and make process related sizing calculations, ensuring quality in design and deliverables. You will manage subcontracted engineering tasks and collaborate across disciplines to drive successful project execution.
Your contributions will directly impact the innovation and efficiency of advanced metal refining plants, helping to shape the future of sustainable engineering solutions. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge technologies and complex, large-scale projects, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and development.
Role’s seniority can be modified based on your expertise and experience. The position is permanent and fulltime. Your office and most of you closest colleagues are located at our Espoo headquarters, but you can also work flexibly remotely in a hybrid model.
What are we looking for?
To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering (B.Eng., M.Eng.), with additional studies in Plant Design being a significant advantage. Previous work experience in process engineering is highly beneficial, as it will provide you with the practical knowledge and skills needed to succeed. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication within our international team and with our global clients.
We are seeking an individual with a positive and proactive mindset, coupled with an excellent work ethic and a strong eagerness to learn and develop. The ideal candidate should have a customer-focused and innovative approach, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. You should be able to think critically and creatively to develop effective solutions to complex problems. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial, as you will be working closely with colleagues from various departments to achieve common goals.
