We are looking for a part-time Marketing Specialist for our client company to support a growing and evolving marketing function where content, data and analytics, and hands-on execution come together in a meaningful way. In this role, you will operate at the core of marketing execution and play a key role in shaping how the brand is seen and experienced across channels.
Our client is a Finnish IT consultancy that designs and delivers digital services for both public sector organizations and private companies. The company is known for its quality, human-centric approach, and bold way of doing things in its own authentic style.
Would you be our new Marketing Specialist?
As a Marketing Specialist, you ensure that content is produced, published, and utilized effectively across various channels. Your work focuses on drafting and formatting content such as thought leadership articles, blogs, and case studies in line with our brand voice. You also adapt content into different formats, including social media assets and sales materials, to maximize engagement and ROI. AI tools are a natural part of your daily work, supporting efficient content creation. You will work closely with a marketing and communications team, where ideas are developed together and responsibilities are shared.
In your daily work, you create and manage social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, support paid campaigns, and maintain a structured content distribution calendar. You monitor and optimize organic performance based on data and insights, support key spokespersons in strengthening their LinkedIn presence, and contribute to other marketing activities such as events and external communications.
The role offers flexible working hours (approximately 20–30 hours per week) and the possibility to tailor your workdays according to your life situation. You will be working from our Helsinki office with the flexibility of a hybrid work model. We’d love to see you at the office for in-person collaboration. This is a part-time, fixed-term role until the end of 2026. The employment contract will be with Biisoni, and the start date is as soon as possible.
What are we looking for?
You will succeed in this role if you already have some experience in marketing, especially in content creation and social media in a B2B environment. You have a good understanding of marketing channels such as LinkedIn and experience in creating, publishing and developing content based on performance and insights. Experience in an IT or expert organization is considered an advantage, but the most important thing is a genuine interest in the field.
We value a hands-on approach to content, including basic editing and formatting skills in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice. You are interested in utilizing AI tools in your daily work and have a curiosity to test, learn, and improve how content is created and distributed. Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms is seen as a plus. The role requires fluent Finnish and English skills, and Swedish is considered a plus.

You take ownership of your tasks, move things forward efficiently, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where ideas are openly shared and developed. You are curious and motivated to continuously learn and improve, and you find it rewarding to see the concrete impact of your work.
