Quality Assurance Manager, MagiCAD

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to undertake the main responsibility in securing great quality to all MagiCAD products.

As a Quality Assurance Manager, your main focus will be in leading the software testing team. You and your team have an essential role when it comes to the quality of our awesome products and services.

You are responsible for leading the testing activities from requirement analysis to test planning and execution. Depending on your interests, you can also roll up your sleeves and give your input in developing the test automation! Your team is very self-organized and your task is to boost the already excellent team to new heights while keeping the spirit up and having also fun at work.

You are welcome to work in any of our offices in Espoo, Turku and Rauma but we are also flexible regarding remote work. Your team of 4 is also working all around Finland.

What are we looking for?
To perform successfully in the role of QA Manager, we appreciate strong experience from software testing and leading a team. You have demonstrated capability for test automation and related infrastructure and are familiar with tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Selenium, Virtual Machines or Azure Services. You don’t have to be a programmer, but it would be beneficial for you if you were at least able to read code.

As you will be working together with highly skilled colleagues across the world, good communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required. As an enthusiastic and experienced leader, you create a good team-spirit and engage people to bring the best out of them. You have a self-driven way of working as well as excellent co-operation and problem-solving skills. Tolerance for uncertainty is also needed as we are working in a constantly changing environment.
