Would you be our new Technical Support Expert in Flotation?
We are seeking for a Technical Support Expert to join Metso in Beneficiation, Dewatering and Hydrometallurgy Business Line in Business Area Services. In your role you are part of our global technical support team and will work as a flotation specialist for our Flotation equipment. In support of local market areas and their service teams, you will be responsible for resolving various technical problems. Some of your key tasks include troubleshooting and executing required follow up procedures as well as product upgrading and commissioning. Depending on the task or project in hand, you will work either remotely or on client site. You will also be actively involved in various product development projects and documentation and creating internal product guidance are an important part of your role.

This position is fulltime and permanent, located in Espoo with hybrid working model.

What are we looking for?
You are not afraid of challenges and enjoy working in an innovative and multicultural context. You have a suitable educational background for this role (for example in mechanical engineering) and some relevant working experience. Working in an international environment, you will need fluent English language skills and a readiness to travel. We expect you to have good IT skills and previous knowledge of PDM and CRM systems is also seen as an asset.

As a person you are service minded, accurate and proactive problems solver, who enjoys independent and versatile work. You will work in customer interface and with various stakeholders each day and therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial in this role. You are able to work well under pressure and have a relaxed and flexible professional mindset. You easily learn new things and you are motivated to develop your skills and knowledge with our products and technologies.
